How to manage your homepage content?

The homepage comes with a couple of pre-defined components that you can disable or enable at your preference. The components available for the home page are:

  • Main Hero Image
  • Vertical Tabbed Texts
  • Carousel of images
  • A list of items
  • Testimonials
  • A list of latest blog articles
  • A Call to Action element
  • Contact form

Main Hero Image

To manage the content of the Main Hero Image (the one at the top of the homepage), you need to edit or add a content type of type Hero Light CT. You have the option to customize the title of the button, the link, the introduction text and the image.

Vertical Tabbed Texts

These are content type of Basic Page that have in the Promotion Options (top right corner) active the option Promoted to Front Page.

A list of items

To add a list of items (eg. Benefits, Features, Advantages), visit /admin/content and click Add Content and choose Benefits. Inside the Benefits content type, you have a list of items. Each line in that list, is a line item on the homepage. To remove one option, simple delete the text of that line and press Save.

Carousel of images

To add an image to the carousel, visit /admin/content and click Add Content and choose Portfolio. Content types Portfolio are listed in the carousel order by date.

Testimonials

To add an image to the carousel, visit /admin/content and click Add Content and choose Testimonial. Content types Testimonial are listed in order of date of publication.

A list of latest blog articles

All the content type of type Article, are listed here ordered by the date of publication.

Call to Action element

To manage the content of the Call to Action element, you need to edit or add a content type of type Call to Action CT. You have the option to customize the title of the button, the link, the introduction text and the image.

Contact form

To manage the email address where the contact form sends the email, edit the email field in Admin > Configuration > Basic Site Settings. It should be in a link similar to this one /admin/config/system/site-information
